Message from our founder

I started this company when I realized that most companies in the industry focused on sales instead of customer service. I decided to create this company to genuinely care about and interact with customers. I love helping people in any way I can, and I’ve instilled that into Alto Supply’s philosophy. Many of my clients call my company a solutions provider, but they don’t mean just cleaning products: they mean that Alto Supply specializes in fixing problems, and they’re right

We started in 2007 as a local glove-selling company, using our sales as a chance to interact with customers and see where else we could help them. Through this, we began to grow as we expanded our product lines based on our customers’ needs. To this day, we continue with our philosophy of “Taking care of People, Always!”, whether it be on a regular Tuesday restock or amid a global pandemic. It’s been a long time since we started with Alto — where we once only supplied gloves, we now carry an extensive line of products — from laundry and cleaning supplies to kitchen needs to facility maintenance equipment.
In addition to our land acknowledgement I would like to acknowledge how lucky I am to live in Canada. I am constantly grateful for the life I have here and the wonderful opportunities and good fortune that this country has afforded me. I am proudly Canadian by choice.
